By placing an order it is assumed that you agree to our terms and conditions.

The Tektrak website is for non-commercial use only.

You may not use this website for any commercial use.

Acceptance of your order

The display of any of our products on our website is not an offer to sell, and we at Tektrak shall be under no obligation to supply goods, until a contract is entered into through payment being accepted and the product being in stock.

If you place an order with us, this will be your agreement to place an order to purchase our products at the specified price.

Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgement to you as soon as possible.

Provided the goods are in stock, available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved they will be dispatched within five working days.

If the items are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail of the next expected delivery date.

No other product will be sent in its stead without your consent.

If you do not respond to our e-mail detailing the unavailable items then the rest of your order will be processed and dispatched in the normal way.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible after ordering, to the delivery address, and person of your choice, provided we have credit/payment clearance.

We aim to dispatch your goods within five working days provided we have your order in stock.

Delivery is made by courier and may require a signature depending on your chosen delivery requirments.

Delivery dates are given with the best intentions according to your delivery requirements.

We accept no liability for any delay resulting from something which is the couriers responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

On reciept of your purchase you must e-mail us within 3 working days by e-mail to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number.

A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have recieved the returned goods.

Items must be undamaged, and unused and in the original packaging.

We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card.

The cost for returned goods are the customers responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online.

If you wish to pay by another method please contact us by using the contact us page and we will try to oblige.

All on line payments will be subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server.

For security purposes no card details are retained by Tektrak but go straight to the bank processing the transaction when you make your purchase.

We can at this time only trade in the UK using pounds sterling.

• Buyers don't even need a PayPal account for PayPal to be able to process your credit card or debit card.

We cannot be responsible for the colour variations between the original photograph displayed on our website and the users own monitor.

We reserve the right to alter/make changes to our website at any time.

These may include removing products, updating products or information, which may include price updates.
